What is included in the price
- A free proof: a picture of your finished name tag, sent by email. Nothing is made until you approve it.
- The setup of your logo and names, with no design or setup fee.
- Free shipping anywhere in Canada by lettermail, even for a single tag. Faster, trackable shipping is available at the rate shown when you pay.
- Production in 1 to 2 business days after you approve the proof.
- A reorder code, so you can add a new employee later in two minutes, with the same design.
What changes the price
- The material. Engraved plastic is the most economical (two colours). Printed aluminum reproduces any logo in full colour. Solid brass is the premium option.
- The fastener. A magnet adds $1.50 per tag before the discount. It leaves no holes in clothes, and most of our customers choose it.
- The shape. A custom shape adds $0.75 per tag. A standard rectangle with rounded corners costs nothing extra.
- The quantity in one order. The discount starts at 3 tags (20%) and reaches 65% at 500 tags.
What does not change the price: the number of colours in your logo on printed aluminum, a different name on each tag, or a title under the name.
How to pay less
- Group your tags in one order: 10 tags cost 30% less per tag than 1 or 2.
- Choose engraved plastic if your logo works in two colours.
- Keep the standard rectangle shape.
- For large or recurring volumes, or many locations, ask us about volume pricing and a monthly credit account.
