Personalized employee name badges with your logo, in engraved plastic, printed metal or solid brass, with a pin or a magnet. We make them in Quebec City and ship them free anywhere in Canada — one badge or five hundred, with no minimum order. You get a free proof before anything is produced, and production takes 1 to 2 business days once you approve it.
Name badges at their real size
A standard badge is 3 inches wide. These four were drawn at true scale, so you can judge the size before you order.
Three materials
Engraved plastic
Two-layer plastic, laser engraved, in about 50 colour combinations, with square or round corners. The most economical badge. The lettering is cut into the material, so it does not rub off.
Printed metal
Full-colour print on brushed silver, gold or copper aluminum, or on white aluminum. The choice when the logo has colours or gradients.
Solid brass
A heavier, warmer badge for reception desks, hotels and management teams.
Price per badge, pin fastener
Canadian dollars, taxes extra. The discount applies to the whole order and starts at three badges.

Which name badge for which team?
- Clinics, pharmacies and labs: a magnetic fastener leaves no holes in scrubs and uniforms.
- Retail, grocery and restaurants: engraved plastic is the most economical badge, and the lettering cannot rub off.
- Offices, banks and municipalities: printed metal reproduces your logo in full colour, including gradients.
- Hotels, front desks and management: brushed gold aluminum or solid brass for a warmer, more upscale look.
- High staff turnover: compare permanent and reusable name badges before you order.

Questions about name badges
No. It is the same object under two names. Offices, conferences and banks tend to say name badge; stores, clinics and restaurants tend to say name tag. Everything on this page is what we make every day, whatever you call it.
Our standard badge is 3 inches wide, which is easy to read at a counter without covering the chest. Custom shapes are cut within the same 3-inch width. The smallest die-cut shape shown above is 1 3/4 inches square.
For the text, we use 24 pt for the first name, 18 pt for the last name and 14 pt for the title. See how big the text on a name tag should be.
A pin comes standard. A magnetic fastener adds $1.50 per badge before the volume discount. It holds through a suit jacket, leaves no holes in the uniform, and releases instead of tearing the fabric if the badge gets caught.
No. You can order a single badge, and it ships free anywhere in Canada like any other order.
Production takes 1 to 2 business days once you approve the proof. The proof is free and comes before anything is made.
Yes. We keep your design on file, so a new name is a one-line email or phone call. One badge is priced at the 1 – 2 rate in the table above.
