Where is my reorder code?
On the sticker on the back of your name tag, on the proof we emailed you (next to “REORDER CODE”), and in the name of the proof file: wetag-123456-C1-v1.pdf.
I lost my code. What do I do?
Send us your company name through the contact page. We keep every design, so we will find your code and send it to you.
How much does a reorder cost?
The same price as your first order, set by your design, with the usual volume discounts from 4 tags. We ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment; delivery time depends on the shipping service you choose.
I want a different design. Can I still reorder?
A new logo, another material or a new shape is a new design. Ask for a free proof: you will get a new reorder code with it.
